Event SA is a Division of Network SA Conferences and Events that was born in 2001 out of the need for a specialist Events Division to service the requirements of the Conferencing Division.
Today we have hosted hundreds of Events related and unrelated to our Conference Division with a reputation for spectacular, cost effective and most importantly FUN events.

Your reason for the event and what outcomes you wish to achieve by hosting the event
Your ideas so that we can interpret them correctly
We then create a theme around our shared idea

Once you, our client has agreed to the concept we the choose the most appropriate:
- Venue and handle all the negotiations and contractual requirements
- We come up with great décor and styling ideas
- We source appropriate and fun entertainment
- Audio Visual
- Sound and Lighting
- Source all the correct equipment
- Source appropriate speakers or MC's
Prior to the event
- We put into place security and a disaster management plan
- Send out a teaser campaign to all guests and handle room drops if required
- Design and print an event brochure and programme if required
- Design and print the menu
- Source and organise the delivery and set up of all ambient lighting, sound and AV furnishing and décor for the event
- Create a time-line for sound and lighting checks as well as rehearses if required.
- All the culinary goodies and centre pieces are placed on the tables
- organise the flowers and photographer or videographer
- Set up and fully brief the duty manager and the Bar and Waitrons
