Heading up Golf Resorts is Allen Usher who has had extensive experience in the development and marketing of golf estates, both in South Africa and internationally.

He is firmly convinced of the inherent and broad based international appeal and marketability of Southern Africa's select golf estates which he rates amongst the world's best. Allen's vision for Golf Resorts, which was established in 1983 as Allen Usher and Associates, is that of a global marketing and promotional group offering specialised expertise in golf estate property and related services. Golf Resorts are the marketers of a number of Southern African golf estates.

In addition, Golf Resorts operates the successful Golf Resorts Club, the first of its kind in Southern Africa. The Club offers its members a holiday ownership at a selection of exclusive golf estate and leisure resorts. Members have flexibility in terms of the duration, venue and timing of their vacation. Established in 1993 The Golf Resorts Club will continue, as membership grows, to add new resorts to its portfolio in Southern Africa and internationally. The Club provides an opportunity for developers to introduce an additional form of property ownership to their developments.
