Built in 1871, the historic farming complex has retained the tranquility of yore. Thanks to its remoteness, visitors today still enjoy the freedom and safety of walks in the vines, experiencing farming activities first-hand or helping pick grapes and oranges during harvesting.

Approximately one hour's drive from Cape Town, Nuy Valley Guest House is approximately 15 km outside Worcester on the R60 to Robertson. Turn left off the R60, into the Nuy Valley. Nuy Valley Guest House is about 5.4 km from this turn-off.
Wedding receptions
Nuy Valley s function hall can accommodate 280 people, but we can seat an
unlimited number of guests in an open-air function. Marquee tents are available.
Typically, the function hall will be set out using a round table arrangement. The bridal table is set against the far wall and guest tables are set on either side for a clear view of the bridal table, master of ceremonies and other speakers.
This leaves ample space for dancing. A smoothly-tiled floor and acoustically-damped roof are a DJ and dancers' delight.

We can also accommodate tour groups of up to 50 people sharing, and we welcome take single reservations from business people and tourists. Each room is fitted with a telephone, satellite TV, airconditioner and heater.
Classic comfort
We have 10 luxurious bedrooms, nine with en suite bathrooms. A further nine cellar rooms cater for smaller budgets. These quaint rooms were converted from a wine cellar and are well-ventilated and well-lit. Please note: these are concrete cellars - you won't be sleeping in a barrel!

Conference

Nuy Valley is not only a perfect wedding venue. We regularly host corporate
and private conferences. Our well-appointed conference facility can house
groups of up to 150 people in cinema style and 50 conference-goers in a U-shaped
table arrangement.
We supply all speaker aids such as overhead projector, screen, white board, pens flipcharts and paper, as well as a monitor and video.
Wildlife excursions
Nature lovers revel in a trip to the rugged Langeberg mountains - enjoy unspoilt
nature while you watch game such as zebra, onyx and springbok. Then rest and
dine under our shady thatch lapa and cool off in the mountain pools.
Nuy offers a special tour package, including transport, meals, drinks, linen, tents and toilet facilities.
